We send our goods to recipients around the world. We carry out shipments by road, air and sea.
For shipments carried out through courier companies DHL Express, TNT Express, prices for shipments will be calculated individually after placing the order, they depend on the weight and dimensions of the package, which we try to pack so that your goods safely reach you.
Damaged package
If, despite this, the package delivered by the courier raises your reservations, is torn, crumpled or soaked, be sure to unpack it at the courier, and if it turns out that the goods arrived damaged, you must write to the courier "Damage report" and report it to us.
Own transport
When ordering goods, you can indicate that you want to order the transport of the ordered goods to your company. Then we will give you all the information needed for the transport company (weight and dimensions of the package with your order) and prepare the necessary documents.
Packing the goods
Depending on the needs, we pack the ordered goods in foil packs, cardboard boxes, cardboard as well as on pallets and wooden boxes. We protect cardboard and wooden packaging with stretch foil so that they do not get wet, and we cover with our branded tape. The goods we send will look like this:
Personal pickup
If you decide to collect the goods in our seat, remember that you can do it until 16.30 because you can easily pick it up, pay for it and pack the goods before closing the company.
