Diesel Parts will use your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Performance of the contract, including: execution and handling of orders, settlements, communication regarding the execution of orders (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation).
  2. Handling complaints and grievances (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation).
  3. analytical and statistical, consisting in conducting analyzes of Users' activity, as well as their preferences in order to improve the functionalities used and services provided (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation).
  4. marketing of services provided by the Data Administrator (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation)

3. What personal data will we use?

Only personal data that is necessary for the above purposes will be processed. Diesel Parts will process in particular:
Name, surname, NIP, business address, residential address, e-mail address, bank account number, telephone number.
We have received the following personal data about you directly from you.

4. By what means will we process your personal data?

Your personal data will be processed via IT operating systems and paper forms.

5. Who will we share your personal data with?

We may share your personal data with other entities providing services to Diesel Parts, i.e. courier companies, hosting companies, online payment operators, supervisory authorities such as the Tax Office / Social Insurance Institution, entities providing IT services, e-mail providers and telecommunications services.

6. Why is it necessary to provide your personal data?

Providing your data is required due to the order fulfillment process.
If they are not provided, the consequence is the inability to sell goods or provide services under the conclusion of the contract.

7. What rights do you have in relation to your personal data?

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  1. access – you can request free access to your own data;
  2. rectification - you can ask Diesel-Częzęcin to correct incorrect or incomplete personal data;
  3. deletion – you can request that Diesel-Częzęcin delete your personal data if one of the following circumstances occurs:
  • the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • you have withdrawn your consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
  • you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing or you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes;
  • personal data were processed unlawfully;
  • personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the Member State to which Diesel-Parts
  • the personal data were collected in connection with the offering of information society services.
  1. Limitation of processing - you may request Diesel-Części to limit the processing of your personal data if one of the following circumstances occurs:
  • you question the accuracy of your personal data - for a period enabling Diesel-Części to check the accuracy of this data; The processing is unlawful and you oppose the deletion of your personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
  • Diesel-Części no longer needs your personal data for processing purposes, but you need them to establish, pursue or defend claims;
  • you have objected to the processing in connection with the right to object and automated decision-making - until it is determined whether the legally justified grounds on the part of Diesel-Parts override your objection.
  1. Data transfer - you can ask Diesel-Części to transfer the data provided to us to another organization or request the provision of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  2. withdrawal of consent – you can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.
  3. objection - you may object to the processing of your personal data by Diesel-Pzecji for direct marketing purposes or in other situations provided for by law by notifying you of your objections.
