- analytical and statistical, consisting in conducting analyzes of Users' activity, as well as their preferences in order to improve the functionalities used and services provided (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation).
- marketing of services provided by the Data Administrator (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation)
3. What personal data will we use?
Only personal data that is necessary for the above purposes will be processed. Diesel Parts will process in particular:
Name, surname, NIP, business address, residential address, e-mail address, bank account number, telephone number.
We have received the following personal data about you directly from you.
4. By what means will we process your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed via IT operating systems and paper forms.
5. Who will we share your personal data with?
We may share your personal data with other entities providing services to Diesel Parts, i.e. courier companies, hosting companies, online payment operators, supervisory authorities such as the Tax Office / Social Insurance Institution, entities providing IT services, e-mail providers and telecommunications services.
6. Why is it necessary to provide your personal data?
Providing your data is required due to the order fulfillment process.
If they are not provided, the consequence is the inability to sell goods or provide services under the conclusion of the contract.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- access – you can request free access to your own data;

- Limitation of processing - you may request Diesel-Części to limit the processing of your personal data if one of the following circumstances occurs:
- you question the accuracy of your personal data - for a period enabling Diesel-Części to check the accuracy of this data; The processing is unlawful and you oppose the deletion of your personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
- Diesel-Części no longer needs your personal data for processing purposes, but you need them to establish, pursue or defend claims;
