Engines: 4BT, 6BT, QSB / fracture / locks on the same side

This connecting rod can be used instead of connecting rods with locks on the opposite side (3942581) - but all in the engine must be replaced and appropriate bushings must be installed (STD: 4893693 + 3939859)
